The town of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin has been thrust into a state of fear following a recent incident linked to the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang. Residents of this tranquil rural town now hesitate to let their children play outside after a migrant, Alejandro Jose Coronel Zarate, was arrested on September 9 for alleged heinous crimes against a woman and her daughter.
The arrest of Zarate has sent shockwaves through Prairie du Chien, highlighting the stark reality that no corner of America is immune to the consequences of unchecked immigration policies under the Biden-Harris administration. Prairie du Chien Police Chief Kyle Teynor revealed during a press conference that Zarate had held the victims captive and subjected them to repeated assaults under “particularly brutal circumstances.” This tragic event underscores that even the most remote American towns are not safe from the repercussions of being considered “border towns” in today’s political climate.
