New Hampshire is seeing a monumental shift in the political landscape, with former President Donald Trump closing in on President Joe Biden, signaling a pivotal moment for liberty-loving patriots. An NH Journal poll released Monday shows the fiercely independent Granite State now has Trump barely ahead of Biden, with numbers standing at 36.6% to 36.5%. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. trails behind with 14.6%.
This is a stark contrast to earlier this year when a USA TODAY–Boston Globe-Suffolk University survey depicted Biden with a comfortable lead of 42% to Trump’s 34%, and Kennedy holding 8%. The latest poll underscores the widespread discontent with the current administration, which continues to falter in securing the confidence of the American people.
Despite the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus 3.33 percentage points, the results emphasize yet another disappointing metric for Biden. Trump’s appeal spans all age groups, with the exception of those 65 and older. This shift in voter sentiment is a clear indication that Americans are yearning for a return to strong, liberty-first leadership that prioritizes their freedoms over federal overreach.
Kennedy’s independent campaign is siphoning more support from Democrats (11.2%) than Republicans (6.6%), creating major headaches for the Biden camp. Among independents—a crucial voter bloc—Biden, Trump, and Kennedy are nearly tied. Biden leads at 27.5%, with Trump close behind at 24.2%, and Kennedy garnering 23.2%. Additionally, a significant portion of registered voters, 12.4%, express no intention of supporting any of the candidates, further illustrating the disillusionment under the current administration.
Trump’s fighting spirit has long resonated with New Hampshire voters. He came remarkably close to winning the state in 2016, losing by less than 3,000 votes, a razor-thin margin of roughly 0.4 percentage points. Though Biden won New Hampshire in 2020 by about 7.5 percentage points, the current climate suggests that the state is far from a Democratic stronghold.
Trump’s campaign is boldly eyeing traditionally Democratic states such as Minnesota and Virginia. With momentum gaining in most swing states, the prospect of a Trump comeback is energizing conservatives who cherish their freedom and individual rights.
The tide is turning, and Trump’s lead in New Hampshire signals a growing movement among Americans seeking to reclaim their liberty from a faltering Biden administration. It’s a testament to the enduring belief in conservative principles and the demand for a government that truly serves the people.
